Curious about me? I'm an Aussie expat living in the US with my beautiful wife, her daughter and three cats. In our modern day slave trade I masquerade as a web developer, though I often end up doing a gamut of technology related projects for the company that employs me. My ultimate goal is to write more than I work. Slowly that reality is inching closer. I have a diversely eclectic range of interests, views and philosophies. I tend to be apathetic about most things mainstream, but there are always exceptions. Politically I lean toward being Libertarian, though I disagree with some of their philosophies. Religiously I'm an atheist. Bereft of any musical talent (though my voice isn't too shabby when no one else is listening), I can still appreciate those that do possess this gift, in my own eclectic way. I enjoy movies that make me think and/or feel. Books fall into much the same category, but I am a sloth of a reader, so I tend to be fairly picky about what I read as I may be on the same one a month later. One day I want to pull up stakes and travel. For the time being though, I remain firmly entrenched. |
